    Returns

    • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

    • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    How to Start a Return

    • Email us at kncreationsandgifts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

    • We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

    Refunds

    • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    Exchanges

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
