Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your date and time. Final payment is due upon arrival at the event. 2. Minimum & Maximum Guests Parties require a minimum of 10 participants. We can accommodate up to 20 participants. For larger parties, please contact us for booking and pricing at kncreationsandgifts@gmail.com 3. Travel & Setup We arrive 15 minutes early to set up the activity station. Please provide enough space for a 6 foot long table and seating area. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made 3 days or more before the event can be rescheduled once at no extra charge. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event will forfeit the deposit. 5. Event Duration Parties typically run for 45–60 minutes, depending on group size and age. 6. Customization & Add-Ons Custom themes, additional crafts (e.g., bookmarks or zipper pulls), or favor packaging may be available for an added fee—ask us for details when booking. Please allow at least 3 weeks notice for custom themes to allow us to ensure we have enough supplies for the specific theme.
